Low Impact and Hi-Lo - These classes are designed to provide
great cardio workouts while minimizing impact on the body. This is also a great place for beginners to start while learning
basic moves and focusing on form.
20/20/20 - 20 minutes of strength training and pilates, 20 minutes of kickboxing, and 20 minutes
of stretching and yoga. What more could you need?
Hard Core - Tone and strengthen the core of the body with abdominal exercises,
lower back work, and beginner Pilates.
Yo-Pi - Led by an Instructor who puts much emphasis on proper body alignment and safety,
these Yoga and Yoga-Pilates classes will stretch and lengthen muscles producing strength and flexibility.
BODY PUMP - How much
fun can you have lifting weights? BODY PUMP gives a full body workout, you will learn form and technique, but you will have
a blast with great music and a challenging instructor.
Step Power -The most fun you can have on the step. This class provides
athletic step intervals with easy, repetitive choreography.
Super Sets - For those who have always wanted to learn to lift weights like the pros, this class will
take you to the next level. We’ll focus on building strength by slowly increasing our weights and forming definition by maintaining
high repetition.
Hip Hop Core - Fun and funky, easy hip hop dance moves designed to target the “core” of the body…no pros please,
we’re dancing for fun and we’re workin’ abs as “hard-core” as ever.
Jump Rope Abs - Wow, what an unbelievable workout! You’ll learn to use the jump rope to burn calories and increase your cardio endurance and then you’ll tone and strengthen your abs
for the finishing touch.
